Are the items on your website are brand new and how long is the shelf life?
All of our items listed on our store are brand new. Once you order has been placed, we will go to the respective supplier and get them so as to ensure that the items you receive will have a long shelf life. We don't keep stocks as these are perishable items and we only order them once you placed an order with us.
Where are you located?
We are based in the heart of Asia in Singapore. We are able to get source items from Singapore, Malaysia and other parts of Asia.
How long does it take to process my order?
It takes approximately 24-48 hours for us to verify your payment before we can move on to the next step. The 24-48 hour time frame may vary per payment method.
After your payment has been confirmed, we will check with the suppler and order it. After that we will ship it. If the supplier doesn't have stock for the items that you ordered, we will let you know for other options and etc.
All in all, it takes around 3-4 business days before we ship your order of receiving cleared payment.
The 3-4 business days may vary if the items that you want is not in stock or other factors like not receiving payment and etc.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes between 11-23 business days (not including weekends or public holidays) to arrive to you. Please note that this is the shipping time and does not include the time needed to process your order. We are not held responsible for any shipping delay, as we have no control over the package once we have shipped it out.
Why is shipping so expensive?
I am sorry if the shipping is expensive. We are using the cheapest registered international shipping available from SingPost which includes tracking functionality. The parcel is registered so as to ensure that it will be delivered to you and also you can track the parcel.
